OUR PROCESS

In this section, you can see an overview of how the overall process works.

1. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION & DRAWING

It all starts by sending us the technical specifications and drawings of the designs that you wish to produce

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:

Colors
Lens (PC, Polaroid, CR39, Nylon …)
Material (e.g., Acetate / Metal / Titanium)
Screw type (e.g., Metal, Nylon)
Nose pad type (e.g., Plastic / Metal / Silicone)
Logo (Mould stamping, zinc alloy trims, metal sticker, laser, hot stamping, tampor printing…)

2. QUOTATION & ORDERING

Quotation: Based on the technical specifications of your customized design, Elite Eyeglass will provide you with a detailed production quotation and MOQ (usually in the 300 pieces per model range)

Ordering: Once we have agreed on the technical and commercial conditions of the project, Elite Eyeglass will require an advance payment of 30% of the total amount to proceed with the sampling stage

3. SAMPLING

It usually takes 1 month to produce a sample of your design, which we then ship to your address by Air Express freight for approval.

4. PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL

Once the sample is approved, Elite Eyeglass will commission the batch production of your customized design and perform a tight quality control process to make sure that the final product is just like the samples that you approved earlier
Standard warranty is 1 year after delivery has been made for any manufacturing issue

5. SHIPPING

Once your product is ready and quality checked by Elite Eyeglass, we will deliver to you by air (15 days) or sea (~2 months), depending on your preference.
